Problem with ares downloading plz plz help!!!?
i use ares u know the file sharing thingy, anywayi had it for about a year and then suddenly it froze like it’s not downloading anymore. it connects and everything but then when you go to transfer it’s like frozen the files i was trying to download it drows like the connecting sign or searching sign and it never does connect, and when you click on the + and it shows all the users it says idle for all of them. anyway my old computer used to be like that and then i got a new one i only had it for like a month or something and it did the same thing on this too. do you know what it is? can you help me? how do i get it to work again. o and i tried erasing the whole ares program and downloading it again, and it stil didn’t work. and the same transfer files appeared on there too. i really want it to work.
could you have downloaded a virus previously?
